Currently, we are looking for new recruits for the position of Regional Manager : Marketing & Sales [for Mymensingh, Sylhet & Barisal Divisions]. Job Responsibilities

·         Prepare annual sales plan & implement strategies to achieve the target.

·         Work closely with the sales force & monitor their day performance, train the sales force on a regular basis to improve their performance at the desired level.

·         Explore new markets & ensure maximum outputs from the existing markets through close monitoring of return every customer.

·         Carry out responsibilities for achieving target & increase market share growth.

·         Coordinate with the marketing team to implement various promotional schemes/ activities.

·         Tracking competitors movement & analyzing the market.

·         Tracking sales trend & suggest corrective action.

·         Setting the yearly sales target based on regional sales target.

·         The applicants should have the potentiality to development clients & maintain a good relationship with existing clients.

·         To share ideas on how to improve sales with group leader & other colleagues.

·         Personnel is responsible for meeting and exceeding sales target and maximizing sales of products and services as well as being responsible for providing excellent customer service.

·         To execute sales plans for achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

·         To acquire good knowledge regarding the industry, competitors, and their products and promotional activities

·         To ensure fair communication from customers to Management and Management to customers.

·         Bachelor degree in any discipline

·         At least 7 year(s)

·         The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Sales & Marketing

·         The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Steel

·         Age at most 40 years

·         Only males are allowed to apply

·         Should have experience in steel industries. Have strong Relationship with Dealer, Government authority or Construction Client.

·         Candidate must have work experience in any of the following divisions or Districts:

·         Barishal, Mymensingh, Sylhet
